How do I secure my booking?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your event date.

Yes. We offer both hiring-only options and full-service event setup experiences.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery, collection and setup services are available across Cape Town and surrounding areas. Fees vary based on location and setup requirements.
Can I hire a single item?
Absolutely. You're welcome to hire individual items or build a custom collection based on your event needs.
How early should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy periods and holidays.
Do you travel outside Cape Town?
Yes. Travel outside Cape Town can be arranged depending on availability and setup requirements.
Can I collect items myself?
Collection may be available on selected items. Larger installations and specialty pieces usually require delivery.
Do you require a breakage deposit?
Certain items may require a refundable breakage/security deposit.
How long is the hire period?
Standard hire periods are typically 24–72 hours depending on the item and event requirements.
