Final Balance
Outstanding balances must be settled before setup, delivery or collection.
Date Reservations
Dates are only confirmed once payment has been received.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection fees are quoted separately and vary depending on distance, setup requirements and timing.
Hire Period
Standard hire periods range from 24–72 hours unless otherwise arranged.
Breakages & Damages
Clients are responsible for damaged, stained, broken or missing items during the hire period.
Refundable Security Deposits
Selected items may require a refundable breakage/security deposit.
Weather Policy
Outdoor setups remain weather dependent. Chemistry Lab reserves the right to modify installations for safety and equipment protection.
Cancellations
Deposits remain non-refundable once bookings are secured.
Collection Policy
Collection may be available on selected items only. Larger items and installations require delivery.
Photography Usage
Chemistry Lab PR & Events reserves the right to use setup photographs for social media, marketing and portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise.
